Overnight Oats

Ingredients: Servings: 4-5

  • 2 cups whole oats

  • 2 cups milk (any kind)

  • 2 teaspoons of sugar or honey

  • Cinnamon to taste

  • Salt to taste

  • Toppings (optional): nuts, seeds, canned fruit, nut butters

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, combine oats, milk, sugar, honey, cinnamon, and salt.

  • Seal with a lid.

  • Put in refrigerator overnight.

  • Add desired toppings in the morning.
