Overnight Oats

Ingredients: Servings: 4-5
2 cups whole oats
2 cups milk (any kind)
2 teaspoons of sugar or honey
Cinnamon to taste
Salt to taste
Toppings (optional): nuts, seeds, canned fruit, nut butters
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine oats, milk, sugar, honey, cinnamon, and salt.
Seal with a lid.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
Add desired toppings in the morning.
