Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients: Servings: 3-4
2 cups milk or coconut water
2 cups of fresh or frozen or canned fruit
2 bananas
4 cups ice (if the fruit is fresh or canned)
1 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
Potential types of fruit: strawberry, apples, peaches, kiwi, pineapple, etc.
Instructions:
Chop fresh or canned fruit.
Drain canned fruit well if using canned fruit.
Get out blender and add milk to blender.
Add fruit, yogurt, ice, and bananas.
Blend until smooth.
Note: depending on blender size, you may need to split the ingredients in half and make 2 servings first, and then the other 2 servings
