Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients: Servings: 3-4

  • 2 cups milk or coconut water

  • 2 cups of fresh or frozen or canned fruit

  • 2 bananas

  • 4 cups ice (if the fruit is fresh or canned)

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (optional)

  • Potential types of fruit: strawberry, apples, peaches, kiwi, pineapple, etc.

Instructions:

  • Chop fresh or canned fruit.

  • Drain canned fruit well if using canned fruit.

  • Get out blender and add milk to blender.

  • Add fruit, yogurt, ice, and bananas.

  • Blend until smooth.

  • Note: depending on blender size, you may need to split the ingredients in half and make 2 servings first, and then the other 2 servings
