Vegan Pizza

Ingredients: Servings: 5-6

  • 6 tortillas (8 inches)

  • 1 6 oz can of tomato paste

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Water (as much as desired for consistency)

  • Any vegetables (mushrooms, onions, peppers, tomatoes, spinach, etc.)

  • Spices (optional): garlic powder, basil, Italian seasoning

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 400F degrees.

  • Get out a bowl, combine tomato paste, pepper, salt, sugar, water, and oil, and stir.

  • Add spices to mixture if desired.

  • Get out baking sheets. Spread out tortillas on baking sheets and add the tomato sauce to each tortilla, leaving about ½ inch on the edges.

  • Put vegetables on top.

  • Bake 10-15 minutes.

  • Cut into pizza triangles and serve.
