Vegan Pizza

Ingredients: Servings: 5-6
6 tortillas (8 inches)
1 6 oz can of tomato paste
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Water (as much as desired for consistency)
Any vegetables (mushrooms, onions, peppers, tomatoes, spinach, etc.)
Spices (optional): garlic powder, basil, Italian seasoning
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
Get out a bowl, combine tomato paste, pepper, salt, sugar, water, and oil, and stir.
Add spices to mixture if desired.
Get out baking sheets. Spread out tortillas on baking sheets and add the tomato sauce to each tortilla, leaving about ½ inch on the edges.
Put vegetables on top.
Bake 10-15 minutes.
Cut into pizza triangles and serve.
