Fish Burgers

Ingredients: Serving Size: 4
16 oz (about 4 cans) drained canned fish (tuna or salmon)
2 tablespoons mustard
2 eggs (2 tbsp oil for one egg substitute)
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp oil
Cut up zucchini, squash, or onion (optional)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients (other than oil) together in a bowl
Divide mixture into 4 balls and flatten into patties
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
Fry burgers in the pan until golden brown on both sides.
Serve as a burger or on top of rice
