Crunchy Mac and Cheese

Ingredients: Servings: 4-6

  • 1 box mac and cheese

  • 1 can cauliflower

  • 1 can chickpeas/garbanzo beans

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • Substitutions: Cauliflower and chickpeas can be traded for any canned beans or vegetables.

Instructions

  • Cook mac and cheese according to the box

  • In a different pan, heat oil and add the canned cauliflower and chickpeas. Cook until warm and tenderized (add water to not burn the pan)

  • Add the brained cauliflower and chickpeas into the mac and cheese and serve.
