Tuna Salad

Ingredients: Serving size: 4-5

  • 2 cans of canned tuna

  • Mayonnaise (to taste)

  • 1 can of canned peas

  • 1 box of noodles (spiral or shell works best)

  • Grapes (optional)

Instructions:

  • Bring water to boil in a medium sized pot for noodles.

  • Rinse grapes under water and cut each grape in half while waiting for water to boil (optional).

  • Once water is boiling, add noodles and cook noodles per package instructions.

  • While waiting for noodles to cook, open the canned tuna and drain the liquid from the can. Set aside for later.

  • Once the noodles are cooked, strain them in a strainer and rinse off with cold water.

  • Wait a few minutes to let noodles cool. While noodles are cooling, get out a large bowl.

  • Once the noodles are finished cooling, add noodles to the bowl.

  • Add the tuna, peas, and grades to the noodles and stir.

  • Add the mayonnaise (to taste) and stir.

  • Refrigerate if not eating right away.
