Chicken Salad

Ingredients: Serving size: 3-4

  • 3-4 cans of canned chicken

  • 1 can of peas

  • 2 large carrots

  • 2 stalks of celery

  • Mayonnaise (as much as desired)

  • ½ red onion (optional)

Instructions

  • Drain chicken and set aside for later.

  • Drain peas and set aside for later.

  • Rinse off the carrots and celery. Peel carrots if desired. Peel the onion and cut in half.

  • Begin chopping the vegetables (celery, carrots, and onion). You want all vegetables finely chopped.

  • Once the vegetables are finely chopped, bring out a medium sized bowl and add the vegetables to the bowl.

  • Add the chicken to the bowl.

  • Add the peas to the bowl.

  • Stir until all ingredients are mixed together.

  • Add in the mayonnaise, as much as desired.

  • Stir until all ingredients are coated with mayonnaise.

  • Store in the refrigerator if not serving right away.

Note: is good by itself or on bread to make a sandwich or on crackers for a snack
