Caribbean Chicken

Ingredients: Serving: 4

  • 4 cans of canned chicken

  • 1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes

  • 1 8oz can of pineapple chunks

  • ¼ cup of barbeque sauce (any kind)

  • Rice (as much as desired)

Instructions

  • Begin to cook rice per package instructions.

  • Drain the canned chicken.

  • Take out a large saucepan and add the canned chicken, diced tomatoes, pineapple chunks, and barbeque sauce.

  • Heat on medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Stir and cook for 5-7 minutes.

  • Add cooked rice to a plate and add chicken. Serve.
